Sunday, November 9th, fom 1-5pm join us and HellHound Social Club crew at Almost Famous Bar + Yard for drinks, community, and good vibes (pups always welcomed!)
Incredible raffles, local dog vendors and even activities for your pup- this is more than just an event, this is a social club.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we work tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate and place dogs into loving homes. Together, we can make a difference.
Our Services
Adoption
Through adoption, you give a dog the second chance they deserve and help us continue our mission to rescue Houston’s most vulnerable pups. In return, you’ll gain an unconditional and lifelong bond.
Foster
Our Foster program provides a rescue dog with care and stability they need while waiting for their forever family. By opening your home temporarily, you play a vital role in saivng lives.
Boarding Services
At FosterDoc, we offer safe & enriching dog boarding where pups enjoy personalized care and playtime while their families are away- all in support of the rescue mission.
Urgent Intake Program
This program was created to respond quickly when a dog’s life is on the line — offering emergency rescue, vetting and a path to adoption.
Third-Party Transport
Many of our rescued dogs travel North where loving homes are waiting. We work with multiple animal transport services to make this possible!
Sponsor A Shelter Dog
When you sponsor one of our dogs here in the shelter, you become their hero- ensuring they’re cared for, healthy, and one step closer to a forever family.
Doggy Day Out Program
Our new Doggy Day Out Progam allows volunteers to take the rescue pups out of the shelter for the day! This allows the dogs to be seen by the public and get a taste of freedom- we encourage this program :)

She loves life and wants to be right in the middle of the action—whether that’s romping around with dog friends, snuggling up with you, or eagerly waiting for her next treat.
Maggie is both playful and attentive, always looking you right in the eye like she’s trying to figure out your next move. She’s sharp, affectionate, and will make a wonderful companion in just about any home.
